NexGen Surgical was founded in response to the growing shortage of surgeons, as well as the increasing challenges hospitals face in trying to recruit high-quality surgeons. Our team of professionals have an average of more than 25 years of practice management experience, and have covered a broad range of specialties including surgical, anesthesia, hospitalist and emergency medicine. Due to our work with countless hospitals nationwide across a broad range of clinical specialties, we have a clear understanding of the critical role surgeons play, not only in the department of surgery, but in ancillary departments throughout the hospital.
We take a business approach to solving each hospital’s surgical challenges, and are committed to providing prompt, personalized service to each hospital customer and clinical provider every day.
Leadership
30 years of experience – that’s the average among our leadership team. Clients that work with NexGen Surgical have access to our dynamic team of physician and business leaders who are committed to improving healthcare delivery standards, benefiting both healthcare organizations and patients.
We position ourselves as an “extension of your team,” bringing our experience to the table to help your health system, hospital or surgery center identify new systems and solutions that will help your organization achieve and exceed its goals.
