Ear, nose and throat specialists (ENTs or otolaryngologists) are among our most valuable assets at NexGen Surgical. High-performing experienced ENT surgeons who enjoy a work-hard, play-hard flexible lifestyle are invited to join our growing team. When you apply for a position with NexGen, we will customize an opportunity to suit your unique desires, goals and schedule. Thanks to our innovative practice models, our positions will not require you to relocate. We want our ENTs to focus on their calling—caring for patients—without the distractions of administrative duties. Applying with NexGen is simple, and our hope is for it to be the last job you take.
Our ENT Surgeon Positions
Our otolaryngology positions are ideal for those desiring a healthy work/life balance. Our model allows you to work two weeks out of the month while enjoying no calls during your time off. You will earn better compensation than you do in your current practice. NexGen’s administrative team will handle staffing, billing, payroll, reimbursement and other duties so you can focus your attention on patient care. Even though NexGen Surgical takes away administrative burdens for ENT surgeons, we never take away their autonomy. Our goal is always to support the individual ambitions of our physicians and provide impeccable service to them. We know how to assemble a winning team and run an efficient practice, as evidenced by our successes through our sister company, CCI Anesthesia. With NexGen, you will always be supported personally and professionally while being empowered to live the lifestyle you desire.
